Volunteer at Our Adoption Center
Our adoption center is located inside That Fish Place-That Pet Place and we need your help!
We are currently in need of volunteers willing to provide Feed-n-Clean care for our cats.
Volunteers performing feed-n-clean will need to complete a daily log for each cat, clean cages, litter pans, bedding, food and water bowls. Each animal must then be provided fresh water and food according to their dietary requirements. The feed-n-clean process is one of the most important jobs at the rescue! You are our eyes, ears and noses when it comes to the health and well-being of our cats. Proper cleaning and sanitizing can help prevent the spread of viruses, daily litter monitoring allows us to catch animal health concerns early and daily interaction and play keeps the cats happy and socialized!

Foster a Pet
Fostering is a very rewarding and fulfilling experience. We are currently seeking fosters to care for cats and kittens. Please keep in mind it does have its ups and downs. Caring for a homeless pet until a permanent new home can be found or watching kittens grow up is a wonderful experience but the pets come from a variety of siutations and may have illnesses, behavior issues, and sadly, they can pass away. The greatest risk of losing foster animals is with babies that have lost their mother and need to be bottle fed. They are fragile and sometimes the best care in the world cannot save them. Fostering is critical to our success. We are currently primarily foster-based and, without fosters, we can’t take in animals and save their lives.
